The title's supposed to be clever because this happens to be a birthday present for the amazing ~Pokegirl01 and her birthday happens to be on New Year's day!
I know, I'm lame, stop looking at me like that D:<

This is the first time I've ever drawn a New Year's drawing and I have to say it was quite refreshing
I somewhat regret not using more New Year's related props, but I think the simplicity of this drawing sorta helps the character, Dyan, stick out

I was trying a new style with this...I'm not sure it's suited for poor Dyan though! >A<
